ALL ABOUT NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS
Everybody has their own 'new year resolutions' no matter what. Every one of us thinks that it is a great time to start a new life from the new year onwards.
For some people, new year resolutions can be to work out daily or to become a vegan. Whatever it might be it is a great time because we are really happy, motivated and are at our best self.
The thing is that creating a new habit or living a new lifestyle filled new habits is not an easy thing. For us humans (and only us unless there is a extraterrestrial species) it cannot always be a success because we are provoked by a lot of things.
We will be living that happy perfect lifestyle for a few days or maybe a week and then it will be hard for us to fight that FOMO (fear of missing out ). So sometimes we give up or sometimes we cry (let's be real, we all do it or... is it just me..?) and sometimes we think our life is so sad and miserable and it will never be a good one just like that perfect lifestyle that girl from the movie is living, everything is so great and happy.
The idea or the concept of new year resolution or the idea that we made ourselves is the one that has to change.
One important thing that we all have to understand is that life won't be the same. It will definitely change just like my saying 'the only thing which is constant is the change' ( I didn't say that but I like to think I did so, I did) well, understand that things will always change. What we need to know is how to deal with change. Well, let's see.
After you've read this you'll think that I don't agree with the concepts of new year resolution or I don't think that it will work (or, you'll probably think that I'm crazy to change things up). Well.... no, I think that it definitely works. Let me explain.
The idea of new year resolution is the one that I don't agree. I'm a person who thinks that we can control a lot of things that will happen and cannot control a lot of things that will or are happening.
So, with that said let me tell you what I think or what I suggest. We have to incorporate the habits that we want to live from the new year slowly and gradually.
My idea of new year resolution is that we have to have a great new list of things that we have to include in our lives, but to incorporate them we have to be a bit slow.
We have to prioritize our ideas. First, start off by making one habit at a time. Firstly try to be happy every day and by that eventually, you are finding positive for every failure. If we acquire that then we can tackle anything.
Then slowly bring new habits into your life based on your priority, like exercising, or starting a new online store or start a new blog. It can be anything but accomplish it one by one. By this, our brain will not feel stressed and can have the time to incorporate everything.
Understand that there will be things that will make us sad and will let us down but we have to get right back up.
The most important thing we have to bear in mind find happiness in everything then you will succeed in any thing.
