TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF
1. Hydrate
Drink a lot of water. By drinking a lot of water we let so many toxins out of our system by excreting. Invest in a good quality water bottle that is not plastic to track your daily intake of water.
2. Wear a face mask
Go grab a hydrating facemask and put on a relaxing playlist and enjoy some time to yourself.
3. Clear out your pores
Get a pore strip and now is the time to rip those out and get rid of those.
4. Chocolates
Get yourself some chocolates cause why not?
